As a therapist, I believe in putting you, the client, at the center and considering your whole well-being. I use different types of therapy depending on what you need. I understand mental health and I have personal experience as a person of colour and a minority. I believe it's important for you to feel heard and accepted in a safe space where you can share your story without judgment.


I aim to create a caring and non-judgmental environment where you feel respected and understood. I see you as the expert of your own life and we will work together to set goals and expectations. We will acknowledge your progress and accomplishments along the way. Building trust is a priority for me so that I can help you develop the tools and skills you need for positive change.
